Salary and Benefits
Salary: Teachers at Central Christian Academy receive a base salary of 2,050,000 KRW per month. Additional compensation may be added based on factors such as credentials, licenses, and teaching experience. This can increase the starting salary range to approximately 2,300,000 KRW to 3,000,000 KRW per month.
Benefits: We offer a competitive benefits package that includes stipends, airfare, insurance, and other valuable perks to support our teachers' well-being and professional development.
New teachers will receive a relocation stipend of 400,000 KRW the beginning of their first year.
A monthly housing stipend of 550,000 KRW is provided.
A semesterly Airfare Bonus of 1,200,000 KRW is given to teachers to visit family and friends back home!
Teachers may be eligible for the four major social insurances in Korea: national pension, national health insurance (including long-term care insurance), employment insurance, and workers' compensation insurance.
Central Christian Academy offers a tuition subsidy to employees whose children are enrolled in the school.
Personal Development
We prioritize professional development and growth for our teachers. As a Google Education school, we leverage their resources to enhance teaching efficiency and provide opportunities for professional advancement, such as Google Teacher Certification.
We offer ongoing support through materials, seminars, and workshops to help teachers develop their skills and stay up-to-date with educational trends. Additionally, we foster a supportive and spiritually enriching environment through Bible studies and staff chapel.
